About As It Is

We believe that most organisational issues are systemic, and before leadership can make changes, the overarching dynamics must be observed. What might look like an isolated problem is often the result of a larger breakdown, therefore it is imperative to view the situation as it is.

As It Is – Systemic Consulting supports clients through this observational process using the Systemic Approach. The Systemic Approach is a powerful experiential learning model based on 30 years of research and practice across Western Europe.

We apply the Systemic Approach through our range of services that include consulting, coaching, and the constellation method. Though varied, these services all embody our core belief – that observing a system as it is is crucial before deciding on any fundamental changes for an organisation.

Vivi Aguiar

Originally from Brazil, Vivi has a Masters’ degree in Business Management. Transitioning her professional journey from Commercial to Human Resources, she had an extensive career as an executive HR director and as an organisational development consultant. She worked for international companies with headquarters in the US and Europe. Trained facilitator for systemic organisational constellations, by Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.

Ingrid van der Aa

Originally from the Netherlands, Ingrid’s varied career started after gaining her Masters’ degree in Business Economics. She worked in corporations in the UK, The Netherlands and in Australia, in Senior Finance Management and more recently in Transition Coaching. She is also an accomplished artist with a Masters’ degree of Fine Arts from University of Sydney. Trained facilitator for systemic organisational constellations, by Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.
